Funding for technology (or books or staff or training) is obviously hard to come by these days. When I think about skills that I picked up in library school around marketing services and budgeting for them, I am generally left with a pretty big hole as far as knowledge in those areas.

Just as you have to have a technology plan, you also need a funding plan and Jamie offers one way to get there.
